Carly is our massage therapist currently studying Sports Therapy at college. Carly has a passion for helping people and a keen interest in rehabilitation allowing her to help you with any current or post injuries and maintaining a healthy body.

Understanding time constraints, busy office working life and managing family life, Aly is here to help you on your fitness journey helping you to factor in time to look after your own physical health. 20 years plus of ski teaching, Aly can programme sessions to suit your personal needs.
We also have a space for therapists to deliver their services and have these amazing people providing a variety of services.

Clinical Child Psychologist
Dr Sally Lord
Dr Sally Lord has worked in Clinical Psychology Services across all age ranges for over twenty years, specialising in young people’s mental health for over 17 years. She has experience working across different areas of young people’s mental health including from early intervention and mild difficulties up to moderate, severe and enduring mental health concerns. Sally is experienced and skilled in working with children, adolescents and young adults, and their families, and continues to work within the NHS alongside private practice.
Yoga and Psychotheraphy
Join Caroline on a Tuesday evening 545pm to 645pm for Yoga. Stretch out your body, build up strength, learn how you move in a beautiful relaxing setting.
Caroline will be doing a monthly Yin Yoga starting on Friday 22nd September 6pm. Yin Yoga is a great way to recharge your brain, and allow your body to relax.
