Service Description

Small group Personal Training is ideal for individuals looking for balance between personalised guidance and group motivation. The sessions are small with maximum of 4 people. Having a qualified coach ensure you are moving safely and effectively, whilst helping you achieve your goals in a group setting. Sign up for a 6 weeks and have the option of continuing after each block. You must be able to commit to 6 consecutive weeks.
